Godfreyb Ssekajja is a professor at the College of the Holy Cross (MA). He has previously held positions at the University of Chicago and Wellesley College. He earned his Ph.D. in Public Policy from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master's degree in International Development from the University of Pittsburgh.

He studies institutional processes, often employing a mixed-methods approach inspired by his extensive training at Indiana University’s Ostrom Workshop. His research has been published in World Development, the Journal of Development Studies, Ethnicities, and the International Journal of the Commons.

He has received numerous awards, including the Ostrom Workshop Award and the Tobias Center Award.
